Clare was born in the heart of Worcestershire and has been located within the Midlands throughout her career.
She joined Mainstay in September 2006, having previously worked for a private health care company and has over 9 years of property and facilities management experience. Clare has held a number of senior positions within Mainstay including Operations Manager for Mainstay Student Portfolio and most recently Project Manager whereby she implemented and achieved the Certification awarded to Mainstay for ISO Standards in Health and Safety and Quality Management.
Clare possesses a number of Management Qualifications including IRPM level 2 and Prince2 Project Management and with this in mind she envisages her experience and knowledge will be a valuable asset to King Edwards Wharf in relation to the general management and future projects.
My thoughts and Plans on KEW
“King Edwards Wharf is a prime development perfectly located within Birmingham City Centre embracing the central location, extensive views of the city and benefiting from the canal and its natural habitat making King Edwards Wharf a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
“Over the course of the next few months I will be engaging with Residents, the RTM Directors and the On-site team (Concierge and Maintenance) with a view to enhancing the quality of the development while retaining costs and without infringing on the Residents’ enjoyment of King Edwards Wharf.
“I can already sense the community spirit the committed Residents and On-site team actively promote which I am pleased to be given the opportunity to be part of, and I look forward to my future working with all those associated with King Edwards Wharf.”
