Spring in Winterbourne Gardens 23 Feb 2019

Spring has – sort of – sprung with the mild, sunny weather of late.

So, last weekend, camera in hand, I set out to find early Spring floral activists in Winterbourne Gardens, Edgbaston, so as to warm our hearts.

Winterbourne Gardens was not exactly bristling with colour at first glance, but crouch, if you dare, nearer to the ground and the early plants smile at you wondrously! Casting off the old and advertising the new year’s display for bees and others.
