A Photo Journey Of Today’s City Centre Developments

It seems that the contractors are demolishing everything at once and not doing it serially by demolishing one area then rebuilding it.

I suppose this approach enables multiple contractors to do their bit at the same time thus reducing the overall period of rebuilding the city centre. However, it takes its toll on KEW Residents who will have to put up with what looks like a war zone in the Middle East and will still last for 8 or more years before Paradise is completed.

The photo journey below starts at the junction of Stephenson Street and Pinfold Street where the new Metro Extension will start. It then follows the red line on the map below.

Then it doubles back and starts again at the Museum Entrance then follows the green line.
