“The intercom system had an audit completed to establish whether the issue lies with the handsets in the apartment or the call point located outside on Browning Street. The speak[er] in the call point is very [?] and may need to be replaced. The system is old and therefore we are awaiting costs on the replacement speaker and possible handsets from Interphone.”
