There’s a change in the local management of KEW, and things are looking good for we Residents.Chris Hart has taken over from Rupert Wills as Property Manager. He has a smaller portfolio of sites to manage than Rupert being responsible for 4 – all situated nearby in Birmingham.
I have spoken at length to Chris and he has shown that he is keen to optimise communications for Leaseholders and Residents and has already serviced a backlog of Leaseholders’ requests for Management Company membership.
He also committed to producing a regular Newsletter which will hopefully be available to view on this website soon.
I have had a meeting with Shakela and was impressed by her job expertise and enthusiasm.
As at this posting she is undergoing an induction process but will become resident during the daytime in Phase 1 Reception on Monday 14 March when she will manage our local Concierge Team, Housekeepers and Maintenance Technician.
