Emily Farrimond Takes Over as Chair of RTM Companies

Emily Farrimond has taken up the reigns of Chair of the KEW RTM Management Companies. She has been a Director for more than a year and enthusiastically supported retiring Chair, Alan Stedall, during this time.

It is worth mentioning that all Directors are volunteers not receiving any remuneration for the difficult and responsible work they do.

Emily says:

I wanted to start by thanking Alan Stedall for his massive contribution to the KEW RTM.  Alan’s committment and focus certainly give me a benchmark to work towards. (Ed: Read tributes to Alan)
To introduce myself, I own a flat in Phase 2 of KEW, which I purchased off plan, and have been through some challenging time with ownership.
My interest in the RTM, is to support residents in resolving some of the known problems, and keeping the RTM on a stable footing.
You will see more of our plans over the course of the next few weeks and months, and please check-in here for more information.
On a personal level, I am a fully time working mum and wife – combining all of these things can be challenging.
I look forward to meeting you as we move forward.

I’m sure we are all very grateful to Emily for stepping into Alan’s shoes and wish her every success in helping to direct the running of KEW. This is not a job for the faint hearted!
