Two ways you can help the local police bring criminals to justice.

Violence at Defence League Protest

DETECTIVES are hunting over 50 suspects believed to be involved in violent scenes at a Birmingham English Defence League protest on 20 July 2013.

Images and footage will be aired on the Crimewatch program tonight, Wednesday 22 January, on BBC1 at 9pm.

If you recognise anyone in the images please contact officers from Operation Lynx in the incident room by calling 0121 626 4017 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Alternatively you could email tellus@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk.

Sickening Footage Shows Man Ambushed by Violent Robbers

This callous and heinous crime involving totally unnecessary extreme violence is sickening to all who value human life.

In it a 51 year old man was knocked unconscious and repeatedly kicked in the head by two thieves who ambushed him on a Birmingham street in Bordesley. This totally unprovoked attack happened as  he walked along Bordesley Green Road after celebrating a birthday party in the early hours of December 15, 2013.

He has sustained major injuries both physical and mental and has been advised not to watch the footage linked to below. Indeed if you were not in the vicinity at the time you are warned not to watch this graphic and horrendous video.
