More Information on Fiddle & Bone Current Status

Following on from yesterday’s post on this, I have obtained further information as to the current situation from Mike Dowse, Asst. Managing Director of Sherborne Wharf Ltd.

Both Sherborne Wharf Ltd and CRT are in joint verbal agreement as to the future use of the old ‘Fiddle and Bone’ site.  The plans displayed on Wednesday have been put together by SW’s architect in conjunction with CRT and with their input.

SW already have an alcohol licence which you can see here. This was essential before they were prepared to move forward and draw up plans to gain planning permission.

They are well on the way to formalising agreement with CRT but there are still some details still to iron out.

So, the signs appear to be good for the project to go ahead and complete as planned in April 2014.
