The Council’s Transport Policy function wishes to gauge local residents opinions on introducing a Residents’ Permit parking scheme in Central Ladywood and the St Marks area.
This is of particular significance to KEW Phase 2 Residents because Browning Street and other adjoining streets would be affected.
Phase 1 Residents should not be directly affected as the current Controlled Parking Zone in Sheepcote Street would not be affected.
The proposed scheme seeks “to prioritise local parking over commuters etc. but still with provision for visitors etc.”.
Phase 2 Residents’ opinions on the proposals are sought and leaflets about the proposals will be delivered to your letter boxes starting from Monday 11 March.
If you do not receive the leaflet you can give your views using the following contact details:David Harris
