A familiar sight to all of us who live in KEW, the NIA is about to undergo a dramatic and eye-catching transformation. This is very important to Birmingham, the locality and the reputation of KEW as the place to live in the city.
It’s been 16 months in construction and creates a splendid vista and recreation area for citizens of Birmingham. It’s also remarkable in that it is the first new park in the city for 130 years.
Will the outward appearance of this building become a work of art or an expensive folly?
