Fiddle & Bone License Application Hearing

The hearing into the license application for the Fiddle & Bone was held on 9 October. Fourteen representations had been made to the Licensing Authority by interested parties expressing concern about the terms of the license application possibly leading to noise and nuisance to local residents.

The result was that Birmingham City Council’s Licensing Committee approved the application and imposed some welcome restrictions.

If you made a representation you should receive their written decision within the next few days.

If you would like any further information about the hearing and restrictions, please fill in the form below then click on Submit to send an email to RTM Company Director Tricia Tierney who attended the hearing.
