Maintenance of the KEW Communal Areas is a continuous process affecting different parts at different times.
Some work will cause Residents a little inconvenience, eg wet paint. Some will need Residents’ cooperation eg allowing access to apartments to reach those (external) parts not readily accessible from outside.
It is the endeavour of the RTM Management Companies to minimise such disruptions, but the understanding of Residents is sought to enable essential maintenance to be carried out efficiently and with effective, quality results.
The table below shows the approximate dates for maintenance and inspections of the site during 2012.
